Elijah Larson

Elijah grew up in Farmington, New Mexico, and is dedicated to helping employees recover unpaid wages and other compensation owed by their employers. Elijah has recovered millions of dollars in wages and damages on behalf of individuals aggrieved by their employers.Elijah graduated from BYU Law School and is licensed to practice law in Utah and New Mexico. From our Draper, Utah office, he represents Utah employees in overtime and wage claims and works to hold employers accountable when they fail to pay workers what the law requires.Elijah understands that unpaid overtime can add up quickly and that employees are often hesitant to challenge their employers. His goal is to make the process straightforward, aggressively pursue the wages his clients are owed, and help them understand their rights under Utah and federal wage laws.Outside of work, Elijah is an avid BYU Football and Utah Mammoth fan. You'll likely find him at Lavell Edwards Stadium or the Delta Center cheering on his favorite teams.
